HOW TO ORDER

Before placing any order, please ensure you have REAS & UNDERSTOOD Terms & Condition applied. Only proceed if you agreed with our T&C.

STEP 1:

STEP 2:

After submit your order, please wait for our confirmation. We will send confirmation email within 24 hours. If you still didn't get after 24 hours, please check your Spam Box, especially for Yahoo Mail users.

STEP 3:

After u received the confirmation, kindly transfer or bank in the amount (provided in confirmation) to our accounts within 2 working days.

STEP 4:

To avoid fraud, please attach proof of payment by REPLYING our email. We will hold your parcel till we received the receipt.

For M2U, Cimbclicks and Bank Islam user:
Please choose payment EMAIL notification alert and insert islashabiela@gmail.com. and your bank will send us email notification.

STEP 5:

Items will be mailed out after 1 working days once payment has been received. All items tracking number will be published in TRACK & TRACE column in our blog. Your item will be delivered to you within 2 working days.
